Neyna is one of the great promises of Cape Verdean urban music. At 25, her YouTube videos never fall below one million views, and “Na Bo Mon” (2020) with Nelson Freitas surpassed 7.2 million—the beginning of her rise. A natural talent, she writes her own lyrics and creates her own videos.

Born and raised in Cape Verde, she moved to Portugal at 18 and started making music in Lisbon during the pandemic. Since then, her releases have filled venues across Europe, the USA, and Cape Verde. With Creole songs full of color and positive energy, Neyna remains connected to her roots and Cape Verdean heritage.
