MC Acondize, real name Gelson Patrick Oliveira, is from the Achadinha Pires neighborhood in Praia, Cape Verde. Already a dancer and event organizer, he went viral in 2017-2018 with the videos “Brilho Acondize” — known for always dressing “together”.

He transformed that moment into a career as an MC, with his quality work and strong interaction with the public earning him appearances at major festivals such as I Love Cabo Verde, Festival da Gamboa, Sumol Beat, Tarrafal Summer Fest and São Vicente na Coração. The “King of Vibe” went from a humble childhood to tours in Europe and the USA, with tracks that have millions of views.
