Pedro Bispo, known simply as Bispo, is one of the most consistent rappers of his generation in Portugal. He grew up in Algueirão-Mem Martins, where he recorded his first song at just 11 years old, and built his career from the bottom up, without shortcuts.

He debuted in 2014 with “Bispoterapia”, followed by “Desde a Origem” (2015), “Fora d'Horas” (2017), “Mais Antigo” (2020) and the EP “Mudanças” (2021) — a journey that led him to perform from north to south of the country and establish himself as a central figure in national hip-hop.

Mass recognition came with “NÓS2”, alongside Deezy: platinum record and national Top 10. A year later, “Essa Saia” with Ivandro became a phenomenon — quadruple platinum and over 11 million views on YouTube. In 2023, he was recognized by MTV as Best Portuguese Artist, the same year he surpassed 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. His direct writing, confessional style, and connection with the audience continue to be his trademark.
