1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by BXD Agency, located in Luxembourg. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. PAYMENTS & FEES

Event tickets and all other services provided by BXD Agency are subject to applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Payments must be made according to the details provided by BXD Agency, either by credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

3. TICKET PURCHASE & RESERVATION

By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation for any event organized by BXD Agency, you agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase and Refund Policy.
All tickets and reservations must be purchased in advance through the designated channels provided by BXD Agency, including the website or other authorized platforms.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS & RESERVATIONS

Once your payment has been processed and your ticket or reservation has been confirmed, it may be canceled but will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

 

5. EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

In the unlikely event that BXD Agency cancels or postpones an event, you will have the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or

• Apply the payment to a future event.

The event organizer will notify ticket holders of any cancellations or postponements as soon as possible. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive such notifications.

6. CHANGES TO EVENT DETAILS

The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to event details, such as the venue, performers, or event schedule.
In the case of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified in advance. However, changes to event details do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

7. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please keep your tickets safe.
In the event of a lost ticket, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating it, but no replacement or refund will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

8. ADMISSION RIGHTS

The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who fails to comply with these terms, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or for any other reason deemed necessary.
In such cases, the ticket or reservation will remain non-refundable.

9. PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

BXD Agency collects personal data from its clients to provide services and for administrative purposes.
All personal data will be processed in compliance with Luxembourg data protection laws and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. SPECIFIC TERMS FOR ARTIST AGENCY SERVICES

• BXD Agency acts as an intermediary between artists and clients for the booking of artistic services.

• All contractual negotiations and specific conditions for each booking will be documented in writing, including amounts, service duration, and performance details.

• Engaged artists must fulfill agreed-upon obligations, such as schedules, attire, and technical requirements for performances.

• Clients and artists must promptly inform the agency of any modifications or cancellations. Cancellation fees may apply, as stipulated in the contracts.

11. LIABILITY

BXD Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property, injuries, or inconveniences caused during your participation in events or services provided.
Clients and artists are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

BXD Agency reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to clients through email or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the agency’s services after changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
