DEEJAY TELIO

Deejay Telio, stage name of Telio Vitor Paz Monteiro (Luanda, July 20, 1996), is an Angolan musician, producer, and composer. His career began in 2010, at which point he adopted the stage name Deejay Telio.

In 2015, Deejay Telio joined the record label SAF, which led to a major breakthrough with the hit Que Safoda. The public’s acceptance was immediate and without resistance, as many already recognized his previous work. Alongside this hit, he released his first album, Karanganhada, which highlighted his artistic ability and potential for success in the industry. As he likes to emphasize, at the age of eleven, he had his first contact with the FL Studio program, influenced by a cousin. From that moment on, every bone in his body knew he was meant to do exactly that.

On November 10, 2015, he won three awards at the Palop Music Stars 2015.
That same year, he recorded Não Atendo with Deedz B, which became an international success and won over an enthusiastic audience.
A year later, he released his second album, Karanganhada 2, featuring tracks like Ficou, Molexado, and Num Tá Bom.

At the end of 2016, the song and music video Imagina Nós was released, a single that quickly reached one million views.
Continuing with his team spirit, hard work, and drive for success, he launched the album 2000FazerAcontecer, offering the public new and original sounds.

More recently, the hit Esfrega Esfrega with Deedz B exploded on YouTube, reaching 10 million views in less than three months. The success was so massive that artists like Lucas Lucco, Rita Pereira, and Jéssica Athayde embraced Esfrega Esfrega. Another testament to its immense success was the Gold Single award, which the song received in January 2018.

In 2019, after touring all over Portugal with his Happy Tour, Deejay Telio ended his tour with a solo concert at one of the country’s most iconic venues, the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon.
