MC ACONDIZE

MC Acondize is a native of Praia, from the Achadinha Pires neighborhood. Between late 2017 and early 2018, he uploaded several videos online titled "Brilho Acondize", showcasing his stylish outfits and accessories, always "matching" ("a condizer" in Portuguese). These videos quickly went viral on social media.

Gelson Patrick Oliveira, his real name, was already a dancer, entertaining student parties and organizing events for teenagers. He seized the moment to create MC Acondize, the artist. From that point on, his life changed completely, and being an MC became his profession.

His quality work, creativity, and strong interaction with the audience earned him invitations to major events such as I Love Cabo Verde in Praia, Escape by Sigui Sabura Festival Santa Maria, Festival da Gamboa, Festival de Música de Cidade Velha, Sumol Beat, Warmup Festival Santa Maria at Bikini Beach, Tarrafal Summer Fest, Festival Nhu Santo Amaro (Tarrafal), São Vicente na Coração (at Laginha Beach), among others.
